Abstract

"CÉLULA ELETROQUÍMICA, E, MONTAGEM INTERRUPTORA DE CORRENTE PARA UMA CÉLULA ELETROQUÍMICA". Uma montagem de interruptor de corrente (220) para células eletroquímicas (215) pode ser uma unidade auto-suficiente, selada que pode ser separadamente inserida na célula durante a sua construção. A montagem de interruptor de corrente (220) tem utilidade particular para células finas recarregáveis de quando inserida na célula forma uma porção do caminho elétrico entre um eletrodo da célula (211) e o terminal correspondente (245). O mecanismo interruptor de corrrente compreende um membro fino termicamente responsivo, preferivelmente que compreenda um disco (250) de uma liga metálica com memória de forma tendo uma superfície curva. Quando a temperatura da célula excede um valor pré determinado o disco dobra-se para causar uma interrupção no caminho elétrico dentro da montagem.
