Abstract

"COMPOSIÇÃO AQUOSA REFRIGERANTE". Uma composição aquosa refrigerante composta de i) um sal de acetato metal alcalino estando presente numa quantidade que fornecerá de 5,4 a 31% em peso de acetato por peso de água na composição; e ii) um ou mais sais de um metal alcalino no qual a parte ânionica é escolhida entre um carbonato ou bicarbonato e fosfato ou misturas dos mesmos, o dito metal alcalino estando presente em uma quantidade que fornecerá 0,07 a 9,5% em peso da parte ânionica por peso de água na composição, a composição tendo um pH entre 9 e 12,5.
