A invenção se refere a um processo para obtenção de cápsulas de peça simples produzidas de um material plástico, que compreende: uma fase de formação por prensagem para obtenção de uma cápsula de peça simples (1), provida com uma saia (2) ligada a uma zona inferior (1a) da cápsula; uma fase de dobramento da saia (2) interno da cápsula, obtida por deformação plástica de uma zona de conexão (3) entre a saia (2) e a cápsula; e uma fase de corte da zona inferior da cápsula, obtida por uma inserção radialmente dirigida de lâminas (4a, 4b), de modo a obter cortes (5a, 5b) de forma e tamanho pré-determinados.
