Abstract
Patente de Invenção para "INSTALAÇÃO DE TRATAMENTO TÉRMICO DE SUBSTÂNCIAS PULVERULENTAS EM SUSPENSÃO, E APLICAÇÃO PARA A CALCINAÇÃO INSTANTÂNEA DE SUBSTÂNCIAS MINERAIS, NOTADAMENTE ARGILOSAS" A invenção se refere a uma instalação que permite realizar um tratamento térmico rápido de substâncias pulverulentas em suspensão, em particular uma calcinação instantânea de substâncias minerais. Esta instalação compreende os módulos (M1, M2, M3) vantajosamente ajustados em unidades móveis que compreendem os meios de alimentação para substâncias pulverulentas, uma câmara de combustão (21) na qual as substâncias são introduzidos em suspensão no fluxo de ar quente e um conjunto de refrigeração (M3) onde o calor das substâncias calcinadas é recuperado para pré-aquecer o ar de combustão. As substâncias são pneumaticamente transportadas no ar aquecido à jusante dos meios de alimentação, via um dispositivo de pré-aquecimento (17) até a câmara de combustão (21).
