Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "AGENTE DE TRATAMENTO DE SUPERFÍCIES VISCOSO, NÃO-SECANTE" . Agentes de tratamento de superfícies, contendo 90 - 98,5% em peso de água, 1 - 4% em peso de componentes higroscópico, 0,2 - 2% em peso de agente conservante e tanto agente espessante que a viscosidade da mistura (medida a 22°C, de acordo com Brookfield, fuso 3, 12 rotações por minuto) se situe na faixa de 2.000 até 10.000 mPas. Aplicação do agente para o tratamento de superfícies, que entram em contato com alimentos, ou de quaisquer superfícies em operações de processamento de alimentos. O agente mantém as supefícies úmidas e impede a secagem de alimentos e sujeira.
