Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "APLICAÇÃO DE UMA SOLUÇÃO DE CLORITO AQUOSA PARA A DESINFECÇÃO NA INDÚSTRIA DE ALIMENTOS" . É utilizada uma solução de clorito aquosa, em um processo especialmente econômico, na indústria de alimentos, para a desinfecção durante a limpeza de aparelhos e de recipientes, tais como tanques, barriletes, garrafas e similares, bem como condutos tubulares, que são limpados com um líquido de limpeza ácido, sendo que se adiciona a solução de clorito durante essa etapa de limpeza e/ou uma etapa de enxágüe subsequente do líquido de limpeza ou de enxágüe.
