Patente de Invenção: "RECIPIENTE DE BEBIDA COM CANUDO DE BEBER CONTIDO NO MESMO" . Em uma segunda modalidade, o canudo (130) encaixa-se com um membro flutuante (126) que é impulsionado contra a tampa (116) do recipiente (110). Quando o recipiente é aberto por se dobrar um lacre (122) para dentro do recipiente, o lacre (122) se encaixa com, uma superfície em ressalto (134) no membro flutuante (126) e concede um movimento rotacional para o membro flutuante (126). O membro flutuante (126) gira até que o canudo (130) esteja alinhado com o orifício aberto (120) e um membro flutuante (128) associado com o canudo (130) eleva o canudo através do orifício (120).
