Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "INIBIDORES DE HIV PROTEASE" . Inibidores de HIV protease, que podem ser obtidos por síntese química, inibem ou bloqueiam a atividade biológica da enzima HIV protease, fazendo com que termine a replicação do vírus HIV. Estes compostos, assim como as composições farmacêuticas que contêm estes compostos e opcionalmente outros agentes antivirais como ingredientes ativos, são adequados para o tratamento de pacientes ou hospedeiros infectados com o vírus HIV, que se sabe causa a AIDS.
