Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "COMPOSTOS ANTIPICORNAVIRAIS E MÉTODOS PARA O SEU USO E PREPARAÇÃO'' . Os inibidores de protease 3C picornaviral, obteníveis por síntese química, inibem ou bloqueiam a atividade biológica das proteases 3C picornavirais. Estes compostos, assim como as composições farmacêuticas que contêm estes compostos, são adequados para o tratamento de pacientes ou hospedeiros infectados com um ou mais picornavírus. Diversos métodos e intermediários novos podem ser usados para preparar os novos inibidores da protease 3C picornaviral da presente invenção.
