Abstract
PROCESSO DE REDUÇÃO DE TENSÕES METÁLICAS EM TAMBORES DE COQUEIFICAÇÃO RETARDADA As tensões metálicas em um tambor de coqueificação retardada (10) são reduzidas esfriando-se externamente o tambor de coque (10) próximo à junção do invólucro do tambor (44) com a sua saia de sustentação (38) durante a etapa de esfriamento rápido. Isto reduz as tensões metálicas na área em torno das soldas (22) da saia do tambor.
