Sistemas e métodos para reduzir emissão atmosférica de vapores de hidrocarboneto vaporizando rapidamente vapores de hidrocarboneto em um tambor de extravasamento onde a pressão é finalmente reduzida a 0 kPa man. (0 psig) e então vaporizar rapidamente quaisquer vapores de hidrocarboneto restantes em um tanque de extravasamento em que a pressão no tanque de extravasamento é reduzida a 0 kPa man. (0 psig) por um ejetor de extravasamento.
