Abstract

"APARELHO ACOPLADOR FLEXÍVEL" Um aparelho acoplador flexível (10) para desacoplar vibrações, por exemplo, ao longo dos componentes de um sistema de exaustão de motor de combustão interna. Os primeiro e segundo elementos adaptadores(14,15) são conectados juntos para acomodar o movimento relativo de flexão e axial entre dois componentes de um sistema de exaustão. um ou mais elementos espaçadores resilientes (27) associados com elementos adaptadores (14,15) impedem substancialmente a transmissão de vibrações a partir de um elemento adaptador (14) para outro (15). Dispositivos (50) para conferir uma orientação axial são fornecidos para dar resistência resiliente à compressão e/ou extensão do aparelho acoplador a partir de uma posicão neutra, pré-carregada.
