"RECEPTORES 6 E 6ß DO FATOR DE NECROSE TUMORAL". A presente invenção refere-se a proteínas inovadoras do Receptor do Fator de Necrose Tumoral. Particularmente, fornece-se moléculas de ácidos nucléicos isoladas que codificam as proteínas do TNFR- e -6ß humanos. Fornece-se também polipeptídios de TNFR- e -6ß. Fornece-se também métodos diagnósticos para detectar distúrbios relacionados com o sistema imunológico e métodos terapêuticos para tratar distúrbios relacionbados ao sistema imunológicos.
