Abstract
RESUMOMÉTODOS DE DEPURAÇÃO VIRAL A invenção proporciona métodos para a separação de um polipeptídeo de interesse (tal como um anticorpo) de um vírus. Em algumas modalidades, os métodos envolvem a eluição do polipeptídeo de interesse a partir de uma resina de Proteína A com um tampão de eluição possuindo uma determinada faixa de valores de condutividade que minimiza a quantidade de vírus que elui juntamente com o polipeptídeo de interesse.
