Patente de Invenção: ''CARTÃO DE IDENTIFICAÇÃO E MÉTODO DE FAZER O MESMO'' . Um formulário comercial/cartão de identificação combinado inclui uma folha de material de celulose que tem um revestimento e barreira em uma primeira parte da folha com uma sobrecamada de verniz imprimível a laser sobre o revestimento de barreira. As linhas de ruptura são providas na folha na área do revestimento de barreira e verniz para produzir um cartão e identificação destacável da folha. Uma segunda parte da folha tem um índice com imagem formada sobre esta.
