Abstract
ESTUFA SOLAR PARA SECAGEM DE FOLHAS consiste de uma estrutura de madeira ou outro material (1) coberto com lona plástica preta ou transparente em todos os lados. As folhas soltas são penduradas em tabiques conforme um "V" invertido (3), possibilitando a circulação por convecção natural do ar. O ar externo entra pela abertura lateral inferior da estufa (4) e sobe para o topo da estufa, devido ao aquecimento da parede dupla lateral (5) que sofre a insolação e está orientada para o norte geográfico. Este ar quente desce através das folhas convenientemente tabicadas (3), provocando a gradual secagem. Na parte inferior do lado sul, existe uma abertura (6) para a saída do ar úmido.
