Abstract
ESTUFA SOLAR PARA SECAGEM DE MADEIRA consiste de uma estrutura de madeira ou outro material (1) coberto com lona plástica prêta ou transparente em todos os lados. A madeira em forma de tábuas é empilhada em tabiques conforme um "V" invertido (3), possibilitando a circulação por convenção natural do ar. O ar externo entra pela abertura lateral inferior da estufa (4) e sobe para o topo da estufa, devido ao aquecimento da parede dupla lateral (5) que sofre a insolação e está orientada para o norte geográfico. Este ar quente desce através das tábuas convenientemente tabicadas (3), provocando a gradual secagem. Na parte inferior do lado sul, existe uma abertura (6) para a saída do ar úmido.
