Abstract

"MOLDE COM ESTRATOR ANGULAR E PROCESSO DE CONFORMAÇÃO E EXTRAÇÃO DE LONA DE FREIO PARA AUTOMÓVEIS" está compreendido por um molde fechado com aquecimento (1), este formado por uma cavidade superior (2) e inferior (3) que unidas definem uma cavidade fechada (4) e caracaterizada pelo do extremo frontal (5) cavidade superior (2) apresentar um bloco pustiçado (6) que incorpora um ângulo negativo (7) que define uma rampa de desmoldagem e de arraste (8) voltada para o interior da cavidade fechada (4) e pelo fato da dita rampa (8) estender-se formando a face frontal (9) da cavidade inferior (3), sendo que por ocasião da abertura do molde (1), a diagonal longitudinal (10) do mesmo menos cateto oposto (11) do angulo negativo (7), ficar maior que a diagonal longitudinal (12) da telha (13), promovendo ai uma desmoldagem espontânea.
