Patente de Invenção para "PROCESSO DE LIMPEZA DE UM TANQUE DE ESTOCAGEM DE PETRÓLEO E DISPOSITIVO PARA IMPLEMETAÇÃO DO DITO PROCESSO". A invenção se refere a um processo de limpeza de um tanque de armazenamento (1) com uma cobertura flutuante contendo o petróleo bruto. De acordo com este processo, esvazia-se parcialmente o tanque de armazenamento (1), acima do sedimento (3) que ele contém, aspira-se o produto bruto e reinjeta-se o mesmo no tanque de armazenamento (1) pelos bocais (5) que são portados pela cobertura flutuante (2), cada bocal sendo acionado, em rotação, por um motor. A injeção pelos bocais coloca o volume de petróleo em turbulência e coloca o sedimento (3) em suspensão no petróleo. A invenção se refere, também, a um dispositivo para a implementação do processo.
