Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "COMPOSIÇÃO ANTIFÚNGICA COM MAIOR BIODISPONIBILIDADE" Revela-se uma composição farmacêutica compreendendo: i) um agente antifungos que é a (-)-(2R-cis)-4-[4-[4-[4-[[5-(2,4-diflúor-fenil)tetrahidro-5-(1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-il-metil)-furan-3-il]-metóxi]-fenil]-1-piperazinil]-fenil]-2,4-dihidro-2-[(S)-1-etil-2(S)-hidróxi propil]-3h-1,2,4-triazol-3-ona; ii) pelo menos um tensoativo não-iônico; e iii) um diluente. A composição permite que o composto antifúngico, que apresente solubilidade em água muito baixa, apresenta maior biodisponibilidade em mamíferos, tais como em seres humanos.
