A invenção refere-se a uma cinta laminada a quente de no máximo 5 mm de espessura, feita de aço altamente resistente, o qual contém 0,08 até 0,25% até 2,0% de Mn e 0,02 até 0,05% de Al, e apresenta preponderantemente estrutura martensítica.
