Abstract

"MATRIZ PARA APLICADOR APERFEIÇOADO". Uma matriz para aplicador aperfeiçoada (50) para depositar alternadamente diferentes materiais de revestimento líquido em uma tela móvel (10) compreende um corpo de matriz (52) possuindo barras de mudança (80, 84) para abrir e fechar as passagens de fluxo respectivas (76, 82) para o suprimento de diferentes materiais de revestimento líquido para um orifício de revestimento alongado (68) das tubulações respectivas (72, 74). As barras de mudança (80,84), as passagens de fluxo (76, 82) e as tubulações (72, 74) são substancialmente tão largas quanto e substancialmente paralelas ao orifício de revestimento (68) da matriz onde a mudança entre os materiais de revestimento diferentes pode ser feita muito rapidamente.
