Patente de Invenção: "DISPOSITIVO FILTRADOR PARA DRENAR SORO DE UM TANQUE DE QUEIJO" . Um dispositivo filtrador para drenar o soro de um tanque de queijo compreende uma saída para o soro e um disco de filtro de forma substancialmente circular (3) disposto na saída. Este disco de filtro (3) está disposto girável na parede (2) do tanque de queijo ao redor de um eixo geométrico de rotação (7) estendendo-se de modo perpendicular à dita parede e sendo conectado a um motor para girar o disco de filtro (3).
