Abstract
''REGULADOR DE FLUXO DE FLUIDO E PROCESSO DE PRODUÇÃO DO MESMO''. Trata-se de um regulador de fluxo de fluido de volume de saco zero que gera turbulência a montante para controle de fluxo de fluido, distribuição de aspersão de fluido e tamanho de gotículas de fluido. O regulador de fluxo de fluido inclui uma camada de selo (5) para controlar seletivamente o fluxo de fluido. A camada de selo (5) é resilientemente móvel relativamente a uma camada de base (3) para contrair seletivamente um canal intermediário indutor de turbulência (10) no interior do regulador e controlar seletivamente o fluxi de fluido. Um processo para fabricação do regulador de fluxi de fluido utiliza um processo de resistência de múltiplas camadas em combinação com um processo de formação por eletrotipia de múltiplas camadas.
