Abstract
PROCESSO DE PREPARAR UM CATALISADOR DE ACETATO DE VINIL EMPREGANDO UM BORATO DE METAL ALCALINO . Processo para preparar um catalisador de síntese de éster insaturado em que um portador catalítico é impregnado com um sal de paládio solúvel em água e um composto de ouro solúvel em água seguido pela precipitação do sal de paládio solúvel em água e do composto de ouro solúvel em água para compostos de paládio e ouro insolúveis em água com uma composição de fixação contendo um borato de metal alcalino. Os compostos de paládio e ouro fixados são reduzidos para metal de paládio e metal de ouro com etileno ou hidrazina seguido pela impregnação do portador com um acetato de metal alcalino tal como acetato de potássio. O catalisador de síntese de éster insaturado pode ser empregado para sintetizar acetato de vinil com resíduos pesados reduzidos.
