Patente de Invenção: "SISTEMA PARA PRESERVAÇÃO DE ALIMENTOS A VÁCUO, BOMBA E RECIPIENTE PARA O SISTEMA" . A presente invenção refere-se a um sistema para preservação de alimentos a vácuo, bem como a uma bomba de vácuo e um recipiente para uso no sistema. Em particular, é proporcionado um dispositivo (23) que permite a aeração do espaço sob um bocal da bomba de vácuo (1), de modo a permitir que a bomba seja afastada do recipiente (8) após evacuação desse último sem esforço considerável, mesmo a altos valores de vácuo. Propõe-se ainda uma válvula de retenção (23) simplificada para a tampa (10) do recipiente (8), a qual também permite a aeração do recipiente (8) de forma simples, quando esse se encontra sob vácuo.
