Patente de Invenção "Aparelho de Movimentação Linear Para Vias Férreas". A presente invenção refere-se a um aparelho para efetuar cruzamento entre linhas ferroviárias e outras linhas usadas em pátio de carga e descarga cujos equipamentos possuam rodas ou sapatas com frisos (aba lateral) interno e externo ao boleto do trilho. O referido invento é constituído de uma base de formato peculiar (9), sobre a qual estão as peças de apoio (10), que suportam os trilhos da linha férrea (B) e os trilhos de outros equipamentos (A). As peças de apoio (10) serão movimentadas linearmente na direção da seta (G), através de uma acionamento manual, pneumático, hidráulico ou eletro-mecânico, em função do equipamento que irá passar por sobre o aparelho.
