PLASMÍDIO RECOMBINANTE, CEPA RECOMBINANTE, METODOLOGIA PARA PRODUÇÃO DE GRANDE QUANTIDADE DE HBsAg PARA FABRICAÇÃO DE VACINA E VACINA CONTRA A HEPATITE B. A presente invenção trata de um novo plasmídio de DNA recombinante e de um método para a faricação de vacina contra a hepatite B em levedura Hansenula polymorpha. O plasmídio recombinante é construído para expressar o antígeno de superfície do vírus da hepatite B (HBsAg), com alto rendimento, na referida levedura Hansenula polymorpha, através do cultivo em baixas temperaturas e retroalimentação/indução em pulsos.
