Abstract

PROCESSO PARA TRATAMENTO DE EMISSÕES DE CS~ 2~ E H~2 ~S DURANTE REGENERAÇÃO DE VISCOSE A presente invenção refere-se a um processo aperfeiçoado para produzir invólucros de salsicha tubulares de celulose regenerada em que a viscose é extrusada através de uma matriz de extrusão anular submersa em um aquário para formar um produto tubular e coagulação e regeneração do produto tubular são iniciadas no aquário, continuadas mediante aplicação de pulverização de uma solução de regeneração intermediária em uma zona de regeneração intermediária após o produto tubular ter saído do aquário, e concluída em um ou mais banhos de coagulação/regeneração o qual inclui a etapa de aquecer o produto tubular até uma temperatura acima do ponto de ebulição do bissulfeto de carbono na zona de reação intermediária.
