Abstract
"DIODO DE CIRCUITO INTEGRADO". Um diodo CMOS integrado com um anel de injeção que permite a construção de um diodo CMOS integrado que tenha as características de performance de um alto valor de inpedância, quando o diodo está desligado, e baixa impedância, quando o diodo está ligado em adição às altas voltagens de interrupção utilizando as técnicas de processamento CMOS padrão para a construção do diodo de circuito integrado.
