Abstract
"PRÉ-TENSIONADOR DE CINTO PARA UM SISTEMA DE RETENÇÃO DE OCUPANTE DE VEÍCULO". Um pré-tensionador de cinto, para um sistema de retenção de ocupante de veículo, compreende uma unidade de cilindro/pistão (12), uma parte de conexão entre o pistão e o membro de deflexão de cinto se estendendo através de uma abertura de face terminal (20) na parede de cilindro e uma vedação em forma de anel (22) entre a abertura (20) e a parte de conexão, A vedação (22) engaja uniformemente a dita parte de conexãso em cerca de sua periferica, de modo que qualquer deslocamento londitudinal da parte de conexão é reagido por uma força de mais do que 100 N, de modo que fluxos de vazamento do gás gerado pode se substancialmente evitados.
