Diazepino-indóis de fórmula (I) na qual A é arila ou heteroarila mono- a tri-substituída, B é um grupo OR~ 1~ ou NR~ 2~R~ 3~, onde R~ 1~, R~ 2~, R~ 3~ são notadamente hidrogênios, suas formas racêmicas, suas enantiômeros, e seus sais farmaceuticamente aceitáveis, que são inibidores de fosfodiesterases 4.
