Resumo: Patente de Invenção de "CORANTE NATURAL DE URUCUM EM FORMA LÍQUIDA PARA USO NA PREPARAÇÃO DE ALIMENTOS EM COZINHAS DOMÉSTICAS OU INDUSTRIAIS. Refere-se a presente Invenção à nova forma, aquela líquida, de fabricar e, portanto, utilizar o corante natural para preparação de alimentos, extraído de sementes de urucum (bixaorellana), conhecido como "colorífico", que até agora, foi e está sendo produzido e utilizado exclusivamente na forma de pó. O corante Natural de Urucum em Forma líquida, formulado especificamente para uso em cozinhas domésticas ou industriais, apresenta, ainda, uma formulação original que possibilita sua dissolução em óleo bem como sua perfeita dispersão em água.
