Abstract
Patente de Invenção: CONJUNTO ELETRÔNICO DE MULTICAMADAS UTILIZANDO UMA COMPOSIÇÃO SINTERIZÁVEL E PROCESSO DE FORMAÇÃO CORRELATO. Conjuntos eletrônicos compreendendo uma composição sinterizável são apresentados. A composição é sinterizada rativamente e/ou não reativamente durante o ciclo de cura de laminação do conjunto. A composição geralmente compreende (i) pelo menos um material em fase de partículas de alta fusão, (ii) pelo menos um material de baixa fusão, e (iii) um parte orgânica compreendendo uma resina e um agente de interligação.
