A liga divulgada tem a seguinte composição em por cento em peso: Carbono 0,08 máx. &Peso, Manganês 1,00 máx. &Peso, Silício 1,00 Máx. %Peso, Fósforo 0,045 máx. &Peso, Enxofre 0,030-0,30 %Peso, Cromo 10,5-11,75 %Peso, Molibdênio 0,50 máx. %Peso, Cobre 0,50 máx. %Peso, Níquel 0,50 máx. %Peso, Alumínio 0,10 máx. %Peso, Colúmbio 10xc a 0,80 %Peso. O saldo é essencialmente Ferro. A nova liga é particularmente adequada para componentes usados em sistemas automotivos de combustível e de escapamento. Também são divulgados vários de tais componentes feitos da liga supracitada.
