São divulgadas emulsões aquosas que compreendem um ingrediente líquido hidrofóbico ou misturas do mesmo, um tensoativo hidrofóbico e um tensoativo de óxido de amina hidrofílico. As emulsões divulgadas são úteis na aplicação de emulsão estável de agentes de limpeza tais como: ativadores alvejantes, agentes de alvejamento, perfume, solvente, agentes quelantes de enzima e polímeros.
