A invenção é dirigida a um receptáculo resistente a pressão, em forma de roda, para material gasoso, líquido ou liquefeito tendo uma forma substancialmente rígida, o receptáculo compreendendo um casco substancialmente contínuo de uma resina reforçada por fibras tendo uma abertura central, um forro interno e um membro axial, o casco substancialmente contínuo tendo uma forma de equilíbrio mecânico substancial, com isto o membro axial está presente na abertura central do casco.
