Abstract

DETECTOR DE SANGRAMENTO PARA FUNDIÇÃO EM COQUILHA DIRETA UM detector de sangramento para detectar sangramentos na fundição em coquilha direta de metais fundidos inclui uma disposição de detecção (19, 20), destinada a detectar a presença de metal fundido (24) numa superfície exterior de uma peça fundida (23). Uma vez que a maior parte dos sangramentos ocorrem próximo da saída do molde de fundição (10), a disposição de detecção (19, 20) fica preferentemente posicionada na saída do molde (10) ou adjacente à mesma. A disposição de detecção pode incluir um detector de infravermelho, tubos de pressão, um medidor de som ou um detector elétrico. Uma película piroelétrica, tal como uma tira de fluoreto de polivinilideno (PVDF) é a disposição de detecção preferida. O detector pode formar parte de um circuito de alarme ou de um circuito de controle.
