Abstract

''REVESTIMENTO CERÂMICO INFILTRADO COM RESINA POLIMÉRICA PRÉ-CERÂMICA''. Esta invenção se refere à preparação de peças metálicas fundidas com revestimentos cerâmicos (12) para automóveis. A presente invenção resolve os problemas de superexposição das peças metálicas submetidas a maiores temperaturas e está incorporada em um processo para a formação de um revestimento (12) cerâmico (10) para uma peça, compreendendo as etapas de formação de um revestimento com material cerâmico contendo poros; enchimento dos poros com uma resina polimérica pré-cerâmica; e cozimento do revestimento saturado com uma resina polimérica pré-cerâmica a uma temperatura e durante um tempo que convertam a resina em uma cerâmica dentro dos poros. O revestimento (12) pode ser mecanicamente fixado, ligado por adesivo ou a peça metálica pode ser fundida sobre o revestiemtno (12).
