Abstract
"DERIVADOS DE N-(4-BENZILA-SUBSTITUÍDA)-2-AMINOLACTAM". Trata-se de novos compostos de N-(4-benzila-substituídas)-2-aminolactans, tendo atividade antiepilética, anti-Parkison, neuro-protetora, anti-depressiva, antiespástica e/ou hipnótica, de fómrula geral (I) em que: m é zero; 1, 2 ou 3; n é zero, 1 ,2 ou 3; X é -O-, -S-, -CH~ 2~- ou -NH-; tanto R como R~ 1~, independentemente, são hidrogênio, alquila C~ 1-~C~ 6~, halogênio, hidróxi, alcóxi C~ 1~-C~ 4~ ou trifluorometila; tanto R~ 2~,R~ 3~ como R~ 4~ opcionalmente substituídos por um grupo hidróxi, ou cicloalquila C~ 3~-C~ 7~; e seus sais farmaceuticamente aceitáveis.
