Compostos que são derivados de 4,5,6,7-tetrahidroindazol de fórmula (I), onde a linha pontilhada (x) representa uma ligação simples ou dupla; n é 0 ou 1; R~ 1~, R~ 2~ e R~ 3~ têm os significados descritos no relatório; Ra, R'a, Rb, R'b, Rc e R'c têm os significados descritos no relatório, também compreendendo que Ra e Rb juntos, e/ou Ra e Rc juntos formam um anel N-alquil-piperidínico com 1 a 6 átomos na cadeia alquílica ou um anel fenílico; ou sais farmaceuticamente aceitáveis dos mesmos, são úteis para o tratamento de desordens celulares proliferativas e Mal de Alzheimer.
