Abstract

"PÓ DE PARTÍCULA DE POLÍMERO. Um processo para produzir um pó de partícula de polímero substancialmente seco. Uma mistura de reagentes de polimerização é formada de uma mistura de pelo menos uma fonte de monômero e um solvente selecionado do grupo que consiste essencialmente de água e solventes orgânicos e uma fonte de iniciador. A mistura de reagentes de polimerização é pulverizada em uma atmosfera controlada, aquecida, formando gotículas da mistura que são deixadas cair através da atmosfera controlada, aquecida por um período de tempo suficiente para obter um grau desejado de polimerização. O solvente é continuamente evacuado da atmosfera durante o processo de polimerização.
