Abstract

"PROCESSO E APARELHO PARA SISTEMA SENSOR ÓPTICO E CIRCUITO DE INTERFACE ÓPTICA". Um sistema sensor óptico (1) para validar documentos (40) transporta um documento sob teste entre uma fonte de luz (20) e um circuito de interface óptica (10). Um fotodetector (70) dentro do circuito de interface óptica (10) gera um sinal de corrente elétrica em sua saída com base na quatidade de luz detectada transmitida através e/ou refletida pela documento (40). Um circuito de interface de fotodetector (115) é ligado à saída do fotodetector e converte o sinal de corretente em um sinal indicativo da luz detectada sem decalagens elétrica indesejáveis, tais como decalagens de fabricação, produção e temperatura. Em modalidades específicas, o sinal de corrente é adicionalmente processado de modo a se tirar vantagens da faixa dinâmica de um conversor analógico afim.
