Abstract
"APARELHO PARA AMARRAR E SUSPENDER UMA CARCAÇA DE AVE ABATIDA EVISCERADA E LIMPA". Um aparelho para amarrar e suspender uma carcaça de ave (25) é apresentado dotado de um tampo protetor (30) que mantém reunidos os tarsos expostos. O tampo protetor (30) forma uma superfície contínua tridimensional substancialmente lisa (31-34) que sujeita e cobre os tarsos. O tampo (30) é conectado uma âncora (50) que é amovivelmente afixada à parte lateral da espinha dorsal da carcaça.
