Patente de Invenção: "MONTAGEM DE MICROELETRÔNICOS INCLUINDO FILMES DE CONDUTIVIDADE DE EIXO Z". Trata-se de uma montagem de duas ou mais partes microeletrônicas, na qual a interligação elétrica e/ou térmica entre as partes é obtidas utilizando uma multiplicidade de fibrilas ou túbulos manoscópicos(as) condutivos(as) distintos(as) fixados no interior de poros de um filme isolante. Esse filme é referido como possuindo condutividade elétrica anisotrópica, ou seja, condutividade de eixo-Z, com pouca ou nenhuma condutividade nas outras direções.
