Refere-se a invenção a dispositivo que é passível de ser colocada a uma profundidade pré-determinada e acionado por inflagem. Em suas linhas gerais consiste a invenção em combinação de elementos envolvedores (A), (B) e (C) e tamponeira igual (2), sendo cada tampão composto de elemento elástico lateralmente expansível e dotados de reforços não metálicos, sendo que o bico metálico do tampão está localizado na extremidae posterior, rosqueado a uma válvula secundária (25).
