Abstract
Patente de Invenção "PROCESSO E APARÊLHO PARA TORNAR CRESPAS E SALGAR COBERTURAS INDIVIDUAIS" onde um processo de borrifo com água proporciona humildade a produtos alimentícios tipo lasquinhas para que se tornem crespos na secagem. O grau em que se crespam tem relação direta com a quantidade de umidade aplicada à face superior das lasquinhas. Após ser borrifado com água, o produto pode ser transferido para uma transportadora onde se aplica uma cortina contínua de sal sobre a face superior. A face superior borrifada com água serve como aderente para o sal.
