"LOCALIZAÇÃO NÃO INVASIVA DE CONJUGADO EMISSOR DE LUZ EM UM MAMÍFERO" A presente invenção refere-se a métodos e composições para detectar e localizar luz que se origina de um mamífero. Também mostrados estão métodos para mirar a emissão de luz a regiões selecionada, bem como para rastrear entidades dentro do mamífero. Além disso, são mostrados modelos de animais para estados de doença, bem como métodos para localizar e rastrear a progressão da doença ou um agente patogênico dentro do animal, e para selecionar compostos terapêuticos putativos eficazes para inibir a doença ou o agente patogênico.
