Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA FABRICAR COMPONENTES E COMPONENTE DE TERMOPLÁSTICOS REFORÇADOS COM FIBRA" . Trata-se de um parafuso (1) fabricado pelo processo de extrusão a partir de materiais termoplásticos reforçados com fibra, em que está previsto uma correspondente proporção de fibra. Na área da cabeça (2) do parafuso (1) e sobre os três passos de rosca ligados à mesma no corpo (5), estendem-se fibras de carbono em forma de fios sem-fim, pelo menos aproximadamente em paralelo ao eixo central do parafuso (1), sendo que na porção restante da rosca as fibras seguem, próximo à superfície, o contorno da rosca no sentido axial do componente. Na área do núcleo desta seção, voltada para a extremidade do parafuso, está prevista uma orientação crescente de fibras distribuídas aleatoriamente na direção da extremidade livre.
