Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "LIBERAÇÃO INTRACELULAR DE AGENTES QUÍMICOS PARA UM TIPO ESPECÍFICO DE CÉLULA" . Uma composição para liberação específica intracelular de um agente químico em uma célula transportando receptor CR2 compreende um ligante ligando-se a receptor CR2 e induzindo endocitose (CBEL) acoplado ao agente químico. O CBEL liga-se ao receptor CR2 e elicita endocitose da composição. Opcionalmente, a composição pode incluir um espaçador, que pode ser biodegradável ou não-biodegradável, para acoplamento de CBEL ao agente químico. Agentes químicos podem incluir citotoxinas, ácidos nucléicos transformantes, reguladores de gene, rótulos, antígenos, drogas, e semelhantes. A composição ainda pode compreender um carreador tal como um polímero solúvel em água, lipossoma ou particulado. Processos de uso destas composições para liberação de um agente químico "in vivo" ou "in vitro" também são mostrados.
